My Neighborhood Watch #83 - Reporting Events Around us
Hello Steem4Nigeria friends
The mosque where we mourned Grandma's body
Today I want to share sad news with all my friends that yesterday, January 10th or coincidentally on Friday 2025, our grandmother passed away at Cut Meutia Hospital while being hospitalized.
At that time I was at home and suddenly I saw a call coming into my Smartphone, what appeared there was my mother's name, as soon as I saw it I immediately answered my mother's phone. In the telephone conversation I also got the news that our grandmother had passed away.
Hearing this sad news I was immediately shocked and without realizing it my tears immediately flowed down my cheeks, then I immediately got ready to receive my grandmother's body which would be delivered using an ambulance to our house.
Grandma's Lace
As soon as my grandmother's body arrived at our house, we immediately bathed the body, prayed for the body and then we immediately took my grandmother to our family's grave, all day that day my family and I felt very sad because when I was little I was very close to my grandmother.
I also meet my grandmother every day when she sat in front of the house before she had a serious illness for some time now, it feels like my world is so empty now.
Even though I am going through this grief together with my family, this sadness makes my heart feel so tight, I also feel like I want to change destiny, but destiny still cannot be changed because my grandmother's promise for her to die has arrived.
Hopefully, my family and I can be patient with the grief that we are currently experiencing, now we are also holding a 7-day kenduri event at home for the late grandmother, I also pray that Allah will forgive all of Grandma's sins and may Allah place Grandma in a good place by his side, thank you for the love and services you have given us Grandma, goodbye Grandma.
This is my entry for CONTEST: My Neighborhood Watch #83 which is organized by my brother @xkool24, I also want to invite @dekki, @adi.syahreza and @dikimon2 to participate together in this contest.
