The Diary Game: 23/07/2022 | Attending the Pending Tasks and Curation Day

Introduction

It's another wonderful time to write an article in the community today and I hope everyone is doing great. For today, I will be sharing my diary article with you to take you on a ride about how I spent the last Saturday. I hope you'd hang on in this corner as I walk you around my diary game article for the day. Let's go!

My Diary

We are gradually approaching the end of July, how time flies! And today being Saturday, I woke up as early as possible to wash my used clothes from the last few days, this all began at 6:17 am after I have observed my daily silent time. On Saturdays, my usual practice has always been starting the day with a football session, unfortunately, I made up my mind not to go for the game today.

My reluctance as regards playing football today is because I have a few works at hand, literally, there is just a lot to be taken of in the house, I wouldn't want to utilize the first 3hrs of the day to play football when I have pending tasks at hand, and the longer I stay out the more time it takes to attend to this necessary stuff I have put on hold for some time.

At 10 am, I was done with basic chores in the house. I had tea for breakfast and headed out to get a few things from the local market, I ran out of stuff in the house such that it become necessary to have a few things bought to take me through the weekend.

I do not have much things to purchase at the market, just rice, and some vegetables. I boarded a public transport bus to the market and in a space of about 45 minutes (I trekked to the nearest bus stop), I was there and got the stuff as quickly as I can. I have taken a shot of a roadside vegetable vendor I have purchased carrots and green peppers from, see the image below.

After I was done at the market, I utilized a commercial motorbike to transport myself back home, this takes me home directly without having to drop at the bus stop, that's the benefit of this transportation type in my town, the ability to take you to the actual location. At home, I had a shower and started curating articles under finance and technology, that went on for some time.

I have a friend who is interested in starting a logistics business and shared his intentions with me a few weeks ago, he contacted me to make some flyers for him. He's a very close friend like a brother as such this is a free job, that's how I want it for him. I have been working on its logo and flyers over the last few days but I don't quite have enough time to finish it up. So today, I worked on it and shared them with him.

Well, I have been able to deliver some of the flyers and logo to my friend, I still have a few more flyers I'd like to help him with but that's later. I navigated my way into the kitchen and made some rice for the lunch. I had lunch around 4 pm and rested for a while before I navigated my browser to Steemit to further investigate a few irregularities I have noticed earlier during my curation.

Afterward, I spent some time on some personal development and continued curation at night. I stopped curation for the day at 10 pm, this was when I ensured that all articles submitted so far for the day had been curated. I was tired and couldn't precisely say the actual time I slept off.

Conclusion

In conclusion, it's a different Saturday today when I skipped playing football session in the quest to take care of some pending tasks on the table. I have shared my time out to get some stuff from the market, making some designs for my friend's business, curation, personal development, and so on. I must say it was a great day for me as I was able to fulfill a few things on my to-do list. I hope you enjoyed this piece and thanks for reading.
