Hello steemit greetings to you all my steemians and a fine welcome to this great contest. It is a pleasure to meet you guys who have time to drop your entries. I appreciate you people,I will not forget the Boss, that always organized this contest @xkool24 , sir you are great to make steemit platform a better place for us to read through people's information this makes us to have more knowledge of what is happening in our neighborhood. I will like to drop my entry about My Village Clean Up,a wonderful work Carry out by village council chairman.

It is change in my village as I visited my home town at the end of February 2025, that is Saturday,I discovered that things have change and the new government brings new policies one of which is Every Saturday Community Cleanup,It a new rules and regulations given by the new village council chairman and his committee,so on Saturday the 28th of February 2025,the neighborhood watch reporter @etette was Live to cover the activities of the "Clean up My Community " filling questions from one of the village members,Mr.Okon Ekpo, said that it has been a long time that such activities were not taken place any longer due to past government in the village and this makes the entire community to be dirty,so since the appointment of the new chairman,MrOtu Okon,he has promised the whole community that things will change,one of his Agenda is "Cleanup Your Community" which we are right now on the stream road cleaning it, and also women are in their numbers with weeding hoses.
So it a great job so far according to him.

It was like a joke that the stream road after good 4 hours cleaning has become a wonderful place and a track that motorcycle and vehicles can drive to the stream without disturbance.
How ever a woman leader Mrs Rose Jackson, testify about the good work of the new chairman and pray God to give him the grace and his committee to lead the village, that what she sees presently is a positive change because the community was so dirty during the past administration..

It was really amazing that 90% of the villagers were taking part in this exercise, part from aged men and women.

As the case may be,I took part also as one of the indigent of the village though am a distance member, because I like good things, while answering questions from the new village council chairman,Me Itu,he asked why am taking shots of the clean up activities,so I replied that I want to write a report about the exercise on steemit platform in a community @steem4Nigeria community,I explained that it a platform that needs what is happening in our neighborhood so that others can learn it and improve on theirs. So he pleaded that next time I should come around and fill a report. It has been a neighborhood watch Reporter @etette was reporting live from Ikot Antuen village in Itu local Government Area Akwa Ibom State Nigeria.
