Moreover, malaria is a parasitic disease caused by plasmodium caused by carried by female anopheles mosquito bite. Some of the symptoms of malaria include; high fever, associated shivering, sweating and sometimes severe headache. Malaria is deadly if proper medications are not administered by trained medical personnel. For example; we have been hearing of people dying because of malaria. Sometimes headache, fever, etc is actually as a symptom of malaria. Malaria is a parasitic disease, it can be transmitted from infected person to uninfected person through a vector which could be an animal that transmit disease caused organism called pathogens from the person suffering the disease to another person. In the case of malaria, the vector is a female mosquito which is the carrier of the disease.

As we all know that the government of the federal republic of Nigeria through the federal ministry of health are trying their best to stop malaria. But more effort should be enhanced to encourage the eradication of malaria.

The causes of malaria are;

-Ignorance of how to maintain personal hygiene: People could be ignorant on how to maintain personal hygiene in order to reduce the cases of malaria.

-Stagnant water: This is water that are stocked in a particular spot thereby opening way for the breeding of mosquitoes which causes high rate of malaria.

-Bushes: This serves as a hiding place for mosquitoes mostly the adult ones. If the bushes are not cleared, the cases of malaria increases.

-Refuse dump: In some region, refuse dump are closed to residential areas. Thereby creating breeding space for mosquitoes.

-Lack of mosquito net: This mosquito net also helps in the eradication of malaria. In the process by which any mosquito comes close to the net dies instantly. But most of the families do not use this mosquito net. Thereby, the high cases of malaria increases.

The ways of reducing the cases of malaria are;

-Government should provide drug like chloroquine to curve malaria fever.

-Government should provide every household with insecticide mosquito treated net and also enforce all citizens to use the nets to prevent mosquito bite especially the anopheles mosquito.

-Insect repellent should be used on the body to repel or prevent mosquitoes bite.

-The use of biological control like the predictors in the mosquito habitat to eliminate or eat up the mosquito larvae.

In my own opinion, the ministry of health in conjunction with the Nigerian association should advise the government on how to improve the health status of the citizen of Nigeria. They should also alert the country when and where there is an outbreak of diseases like malaria and carry out research into ways to reduce the cases of malaria.

CONCLUSION
Ministry of health should monitor the recruitment of well-trained doctors in the hospitals and assisting in the training and retraining of medical and paramedical staff needs in the healthcare delivery. If all subject given above are implemented, the cases of malaria will be reduced.
Thanks everyone I appreciate.
