My Choice: Cold, Warm or Hot water?

INTRODUCTION

Water is a natural resources. It is a transparent, colourless and odourless liquid that is gotten from river, stream, rain, lake and borehole. It is used by every home, either hot, warm or cold for bathing, washing, cooking and drinking. Water is very important for both human, plants and animals.

MY CHOICE OF WATER

My choice of water ranges from cold to warm, hot and room temperature.

For drinking, I prefer the water to be at room temperature. This gives me the satisfaction I need while drinking water.

The type of water I need for bathing is dependent on some factors.

I mostly prefer hot water for bathing during harmattan and rainy season. This is due to the cold nature of the season. During the dry season, when the weather is hot, I prefer bathing with warm water.

REASONS FOR MY CHOICES

I choose to drink warm water mostly first thing in the morning because it helps to boost my metabolism. I usually find it difficult to stool daily but drinking of warm water every morning has really helped in improving my condition. Infact, it is highly recommended by physicians both dietary and others. This is due to so many benefits which comes from doing so.

After my early morning routine of drinking warm water, I follow up with room temperature water after meal and when ever I feel thirsty, this is because warm water help to break down fatty substance consumed from our meal and equally aid in digestion.

Like I said earlier on, my choice of bathing water is dependent on the weather, it is either hot water or warm water.

It is a well known fact that hot bath or warm bath helps in blood circulation and it enables the blood vessels to work more efficiently.

There are some bacteria or germs that can only survive at room temperature, when we have our bath with hot water, it automatically kills them and wash them off our body whereby protecting us from the harmful disease caused by them.

Bathing hot water relieves stress, pain and help sore muscles in our body.

CONCLUSION

The choice of which water to drink or bath, whether hot or cold is clearly determined by a person.

Sometimes, a particular one is used by a person based on doctors recommendation. For some suffering from arthritis, it may be recommended that they always drink and bath warm water to assist ease their pains.

Whichever one, water is truly a blessing from the Almighty.

I must say that water at room temperature is the 🛏️ for drinking due to the complete satisfaction it provides. Bathing with cold water when ever the weather is hot is good for the body, likewise bathing with warm water during harmattan and rainy season.

I also love bathing hot water. It refreshes me a lot.
