How do you explain fundamental human rights?

To me, fundamental human rights are specific rights assigned by the prestige to every individuals in the universe. These rights are lawly guided, and meant to be respected by everyone who exist in the climate. Irrespective of how shape or deprived you may be, this right are meant to be respected and treated with diligence.

Do you think all the citizens have these rights, or is it only made for the rich? (You can give examples if any)

Yes. All citizens have this rights. Like I said before, this rights are not restricted or limited to certain individuals. Everybody in the universe have the strength to enjoy this rights. Be it kids, teens, adolescense, youths and adults—there is a potential equal rights assigned to every individuals. So it is not meant for the rich alone.

Have you been deprived of expressing your fundamental human rights before? What action did you take?

Yes! When I was in school, I was taught that I have a right to freedom of speech. Of a truth I didn't doubt, and so one Sunday morning, I was making a statement with someone, it wasn't a fallacy, a simple truths. All of a sudden, someone else burst into our conversation and was like shunning me to stop executing that statement.

At initial, anger pop into me, and that I was struggling to explain to someone who doesn't understand how significant my rights is concerning delivering speeches most especially when you're speaking the truth.

I gave him a loud shouts, and then let it out on the air that it's my right to say what is true or not false. So don't force me to keep quiet when the truth is needed. The person was like I'm stubborn and wild. But that was my right, if I had allowed him to bid on that, I wouldn't have been able to defend it in other occasion. So always standing upon what you believe and know is your right really helps.

Mention and explain at most three fundamental human rights of your country

  • Rights to Freedom of speech.

In Nigeria, every individuals have right to speak. They have rights to talk. Gist or do whatever the mouth does. At the same time, irrespective of the level of truths in you, Nigeria system doesn't welcome some certain truths, instead uses federal powers to shutten your mouths. So, to some extend, this rights is been implemented.

  • Rights to Freedom of worship.

Nigeria is one of the privilege country where all individuals are privilege to worship whatever is pleasant to them.

  • Rights to Freedom of Movement:

I can move to and fro without anyone stopping me. I have the freedom towards that.

Which of the fundamental human rights should be removed from the law. (Give your reasons)

I don't think any of this rights worth been removed from the system, since they are very essential for protecting human integrity and dignity. But if you insist, I will suggest Right to freedom of speech should be removed.

Reasons:

Nigeria becomes the most corrupt nation in the world as a result of breeding people with this nature. People who enjoy this rights in a negative way—selling off truth and picking up lying tongues just to satisfies themselves. And so, they do not care about other citizens, whether they're dieing or not—for as long as their selfish interest is developed, that's okay for them.

I guess one of the main reason why this law was imposed was to enable people speak the truths. But so unfortunate that Nigeria of today is 99% corrupts and 1% righteous. Meaning that the people that practice the positive parts of this law are not much.....

I donate 25% beneficiary to @null accounts

I invite @bossj23, @chisom77 and @lirvic to participate
