Diary Game|| 20-01-2025 || Office Runs

Dear diary,

This morning I woke up early and the very first thing I did was to have my morning devotion as usual before any other thing. Afterward I got my bathing water heated and later showered after warming the water to the required temperature, I brushed my teeth and also dressed up, then left for park to get a commercial vehicle as early as possible in other to get to the office early before 6:00am for Covenant Hour of Prayer.
From my house I trekked down to the park alone while the place is still dark, our Muslim brethren have changed their prayer time due to the harmattan season. The cold weather is a major hindrance to people going out early as before.

Reaching the park there was no any available tricycle at the park, this is because of the cold weather caused by the harmattan season, I also observed that currently we are having longer nights and shorter days; and also the change of their prayer time which is not as early as before due to the cold has contributed to why the tricyclist do come out to the park late. I waited at the park until the arrival of a tricycle which I boarded to office.

Reaching the Church I joined the Covenant Hour of Prayer (CHOP) which was already in progress. After CHOP I returned to my office and continued with usual office routines for the day. After CHOP was staff devotion which was an interval of 1 hour, after the devotion I returned back to my office upstairs; I attended to some staff matters and later had time to pray and to study the Bible.

By 12:00pm to 1:00pm was our afternoon prayer time called Lunch Hour with Jesus which is a special program scheduled only for the ongoing 21 Days Prayer and Fasting.

I returned back to my office where we filled the bio-data of all staff as required from the Headquarters for data update, I slept for about 1 hour 25 minutes before planning the evening program schedule.

After the evening program which was absolutely a prayer meeting program before breaking our fast for the day, I boarded a bike with the Church accountant to returned back home. As soon as I reached home I showered, and then I ate my dinner which was swallow (fufu) cooked by my hardworking wife as you can see in the picture below.

That was all for the day, I spent the remaining day with my family after which we all retired to bed.
