This season has been going wellv so far, considering the fact that we just got a new coach and new players. It was hard to recover from last season's mess, but thank God we did.

Last season

Last season saw us finishing 6th on the league table with no trophy nor medal. We had three different coaches on the line but still, nothing good came out. Finishing last season with 58 points, 0 goal difference after 38 matches is something nobody expected.

At the end of the season, we got a slight relief, at least not to be under pressure every week. Around June/July last year, Manchester United signed in a new coach in person of Erik Ten Hag.

New players were all brought on board and we got more motivations from the preseason game we had. But damn, at the start of the season, we played against Brighton and lost 2-1 at home. It was a big slap on everyone's face.

We thought with the new calibre of players and the work done by the new coach, everything will move smoothly. We never knew there was still a lot of work to be done. After the first EPL game, we had to put more work and more efforts to bounce back in the next game.

But something happened. The second game against Brentford was the worst. We conceded four goals in just first half of the game. That game ended 4-0, a beautiful win for Brentford.

First two games for Erik Ten Hag at Manchester United were both losses. The next game was supposed to be a bigger clash, meeting of the English rivals, Manchester United up against Liverpool.

Everything went well for us that day as we took all the three points in a 2-1 victory. The games continued solidly, and sometimes sluggishly.

One good thing that most Manchester United fans will not forget is winning a trophy after 6.5 seasons. We tried with different coaches but all to no avail. Untill the arrival of Ten Hag.

Fast forward to yesterday

Yesterday was a night I will never forget. Like how comes??? How will Manchester United lose 3-0 to Sevilla this season?
Manchester United are having a pretty much better season than Sevilla and apart from that, we should've won the game even in the first leg, but the coach messed up, the players played like they weren't being paid.

After the 2-2 tie at old Trafford, we believe for a nice comeback at Seville's but Manchester United couldn't keep to promise.

I've heard so many fans talking about the players that were missing in the match due to injuries and suspension but that is not a valid reason to lose 3-0 at Sevilla's home. Haba!!!

Firstly, De Gea was out of control yesterday. He played what his head was telling him and not what he was supposed to play. De Gea is a very good goal keeper no doubts, but his consistent mistakes and lack of confidence can't be tolerated anymore at Manchester United.

The defence played woefully. Can't imagine Maguire playing for Manchester United..... Gosh!!!

Well for me, the only player that played well on Manchester United side last night was Antony, with🤔🤔🤔 Casemiro.

From the first goal to the last one, useless mistakes were made. Maguire making the first one and then, De Gea assisting El Nesyri get his second goal for the match.

What next???

Next we'll buckle up to face Brighton, a stubborn small club that won't let bug teams rest. Manchester United next match will be the FA cup semi final against Brighton, the team that marked our first defeat of the season.

I think Maguire won't play due to his suspension, and that's a good one for Manchester United and a bad one for Brighton.

Manchester United fans will hope to see their team bounce back in style and reclaim that final spot. We are in progress of achieving our second trophy of the season. Let's work and pray!!

As a Manchester United fan, it's a nice one to always wanna share my thoughts on issues of football, most especially on Manchester United.
