Steem4nigeria Accelerator Contest Week 38: Savings and Spendings.
WHAT IS YOUR DEFINITION OF SAVING?
I will say,saving is ones ability to money keep aside for use in the future. One could have a long term or short term savings plan. Anyone who has a channel of income,should also have ways to save money,after current expenditures. For every 100% that comes in,20% should be kept aside as savings.
CURRENTLY WITH THE STATE OF INFLATION, HAVE YOU BEEN ABLE TO PRACTICE THE ACTION OF SAVINGS? IF YES TELL US HOW,AND IF NO TELL US WHY.
Going by the current situation of our country, it shouldn't be easy for anyone to save, including myself. Being a family woman,who has responsibilities too,it's been quite difficult to save for a long time, because there are lots of things to do with money, still not enough.
I have been able device a means through I can still save these periods. After my salary comes in,I move out about 20% to a safe place I won't have access to, and it will be there for a period of time.
I have also cut down expenses to very important things,not things not needed as at that time.I will continue to do so until,I grow well financially.
WHAT IS THE PLACE OF STEEMIT TO YOUR SAVINGS CULTURE? HAS STEEMIT HELPED IN YOUR SAVINGS OR SPENDING?
Steemit has been a place to me where I can save. Because I remember some time ,two years ago, when I was at the hospital,and needed some money, it was the money I have saved up before then ,that helped me in adding to the bill. So I intend to still use this platform to save up,for future purpose.
Steemit has helped in my savings, due to the introduction of clubs,I won't have the liberty to spend unwisely with my earnings here, and am very glad about it.
THUS FAR THIS YEAR, IS YOUR FINANCIAL BEEN ACHIEVED? HOW HAVE YOU BEEN GOING ABOUT IT?
My financial target for this year has not been achieved yet,And am still working towards it. I wasn't able to meet up with the quarterly target I made this year, due to some unforeseen circumstances,but I am working towards it and hope to achieve it before the year runs out.
A little here and there,am putting together to see that I achieve that goal.

We spend wisely as it is needed and this will certainly help us to grow more effectively in our finances. We should spend wisely and save also. There is no amount that is too small to save
