You made a good entry on this contest. Transparency is very important in any relationship. Transparency doesn't mean being opened to everything about yourself but necessary information that affects that relationship. I'm sorry yours didn't last long. I don't know what actually led to the guy not being transparent but I feel you would have seek to know why from the guy... Anyways, I'm not in position to say either of you made the right decision as I don't really know the underlying fact behind everything.
