Celebrating The Wedding Anniversary of Steem4nigeria Founders - The Strongest Bond of Love

In today's world, life must be celebrated. Life must be cherished, and most importantly, love must abound because without love, basically, there's no life on earth. It's actually because of love we are here on earth. Let me go straight to the point. We've been hearing love is a sweet thing and that all single men and women should find their love but carefully.

I witnessed love in the air among three Steemians, who are all admins in two different communities: steem4nigeria and the SteemKids and Parents community. They celebrated love during the weekend, and I was part and parcel of this celebration. You may be wondering who they are. I won't keep you in much suspense. These users are @xkool24, @benton3, and @ngoenyi.

They had the best of close bonds as family friends, business partners, etc. While @xkool24 has a wife whom he calls his princess outside Steemit, @benton3 married a full-blown Steemian, and guess what, they've been married for 17 years. If e easy, run am. Marriage isn't easy in the era of technology where money is kept as a forefront. Most people marry because of money and end up separating because they had little or no knowledge about the hidden lifestyle of their spouse.

**Probably he's someone who works too much, a filmmaker who travels and has little time for his family, someone who has a bad character but has money. These are some of the things that cause broken marriages. I can recall an experience of a couple who got married and after a month got divorced. Why?

The reason is actually silly. Evidence shows that the wife squeezed the body of a toothpaste instead of the tip. The husband said he has warned her severally, but she keeps forgetting, and that in his entire life, he hasn't squeezed toothpaste from the middle. The marriage ended up in shambles. But how could this Steemian marital bond be so strong that they are alive and together for 17 good years, as in the case with @benton3, who appears to be the family head. ?

When I interviewed him, he said two things emphatically. One is that he has a third person in his marriage, which is God, and that third person helped strengthen the covalent bond in their marriage. A threefold cord is formed. Second, he mentioned 4 qualities that had helped both him and his wife to carry on their marital vows even when children set in..

These qualities are love, patience, self-control, and understanding. I'll start by wishing them a happy Anniversary in Arrears before releasing the cat from the bag. It was a special moment I can never forget easily.

To @xkool24, I may know little or nothing about your princess, but the little I've known and seen of you, I can tell you barely hurt a fly. It's the understanding and patient aspect for me, as these qualities had helped you adjust your temper even when things go out of plan or aren't the way you planned.

From your personality, I can say your princess was lucky to have you as her right-hand man. Even when children are in, you bore them together. Challenges set in, you see ways you both can do so together. I'm not a man of many words, but I can describe you briefly in a thousand words. May God, the originator of marriage, continue to bless your union and help you keep your marital vow of for better and for worse, till death do you part. You'll still be together.

Happy Anniversary in Arrears Sir. Wishing you many more years of togetherness and love. You made me cherish love as a real thing.

To @benton3 and @ngoenyi, Words alone may not be able to describe this bond. There's this saying, seeing is believing. I've seen and I've seen. The evidence is clear. Sometimes I do use this marital bond as an example to many. Throughout my 3 years being so close to this bond, I've seen what I haven't in other marriages.

I'll start with the understanding aspect. @benton3 understands his wife so much that he allows her to do things she enjoys without being too restrictive. This understanding aspect is also seen in the case of Steemit, and that's a product of Love. If your spouse is not this understanding kind of person, you won't be allowed to take pictures at home and post them on a social media platform 🤣. You also won't be allowed to control certain things.

Financially wise, understanding has also played a role as you both know your limitations and strengths and promise to work together instead of being overruled. Even though they are advanced in age but still looking fresh, they've had this burning desire for God's word and its application, and this has really helped them stay together even with the children they bore. Let me not talk about their humility because this is paramount in their lives.

They don't find happiness living prestigious lives even though they are financially stable at a point. I have a lot to describe, but words would definitely fail me. In all, I've learnt from this couple, and I advise everyone who knows them physically to treat their spouse the way this couple does.

Happy Anniversary in Arrears. May your home be blessed, and I pray that the bond of love continue holding strong in your family, as we can't wait to see you together in years to come. This sets a fine example for us single men and women to keep our marriages no matter the situations involved.

Celebrating Two Couples Anniversaries

Last week Friday, I saw @xkool24 post on his status a picture of him and his wife, tagging Happy anniversary to it. It was then I knew it was about to go down. I wished him congratulations and a happy anniversary when it was channelled in the Nigerian National Meetup group. He showed his appreciation to all those who valued and wished him such by gifting all those who congratulated him for such a milestone. @benton3 did the same thing but was both virtually and physically.

I, @alli001, @kidi40, @emishael60, @jewel005, @fortwis09, @wizzyboy3 and @emasco were all present. @emasco joined @benton3 in celebrating theirs, which was on Saturday. This celebration was held yesterday, and I was the master of ceremonies. I managed the event in such a way that it would be so colourful and impactful to the singles among the couples. These couples told us how they met and what they saw that attracted them to their spouse.

It was a lesson to me personally to use when choosing a marriage mate. We ate and were done and nearly forgot we had problems. Like, 🤣🤣 It was a fun-filled day, though. After the celebration and games, we took pictures outside and went inside the house to complete the celebration. Was the best I've ever attended before. Happy Anniversary in Arrears to @xkool24 and @benton3.

Marriage is a beautiful thing, seeing this two couples celebrating an anniversary the same months is an amazing thing for me, again just like you said I will add that marriage should only be done out of love, during the meetup I never expected @benton3 because I know he should be a very busy man, but he find time to spend that moment with his family, this family is steemit family, I am saying this because all of them are in the platform and are doing well, 17 years to them is like yesterday and they have many more year to spend with their lovely children, the God factor can never be left out, making him a third party channel all our problems there and we are rest assured that he can't sit back to see us cry.

@bossj23 don't you think we should find time and let steemians gather to gain a word of wisdom from this couples on steemit, their commitment to God and how to scaled through.

Couple @ngoenyi and @benton3

Sir @xkool24

With Joy and gratitude in my heart, I wish you a happy anniversary and as you celebrate this day may more doors of celebration be open to you, may the proposed plan of God on your life be brought to manifestation, may love, peace, longsuffering never cease to flow in your bossom, turbulent times do come but I pray it don't shake you, becsuse you got God as your foundation, many more year, living to see your grandchildren is my earnest desire for you, Happy Anniversary from @nsijoro🎉 to you all

Thanks for the good wishes. It will be awesome to gather for the wisdom and advice. I think you all need it because this genzi generation are focused on making money and they think it's all that matters. While not ruling it out, we must also consider other factors.

We gat your backs Sir. There's one thing about mutual relationship with trust and understanding. It last forever even though thorns may tend to tear it apart. Please Sir permit me to ask a jaunty question. We are all here to learn though. Why did you choose your princess as your wife when there were many other women to choose from? What made her different from your list?

Sorry for being personal

Hahaha... there are several reasons for that but I will simply list a few;

  • Unique connection
  • Shared values and goals
  • Trust & mutual respect
  • Unconditional love
  • Spiritual and cultural connection
  • Deep intuition and instinct

Appreciated ma. Wasn't expecting I'll be the MC. Don't even know how I was able to bypass the impromptu 🤣🤣🤣. Anyways, I learnt from you experiences and advices. @alli001 said he has seen someone but it's money that's keeping him. Let's see how life goes.

 13 days ago (edited)

Thank you for filling that gap. It was awesome and we truly appreciate. As for @alli001, he has to make the money because the person will not stay hungry. Let him hustle fast before the person go leave him for another person. Such is life. That's why it is good not to set your mind on that until you are ready

Thanks for the support

dear @bossj23, you have really surprised me with this writeup. I never knew someone was watching from a distance.

Thanks so much.

Hi @bossj23,
sorry if I'm bothering you with an off-topic issue.
You received STEEM from @sahmie yesterday. These are supposed to multiply like a chain. Each user adds one STEEM and passes it on. This is a fundraising campaign for Uganda. You can read more information here:
https://steemit.com/hive-146118/@chriddi/7-jahre-auf-dem-steem-1-steem-fuer-uganda

If you’d like to participate in the campaign, send 3 STEEM to a user you trust. They should definitely use this memo during the transfer:

“1 STEEM for UGANDA” - Please participate in the donation marathon: You have received x STEEM from me, please send x+1 STEEM to a friend you trust. Give them this instruction to continue this chain reaction for charity!
More detailed info: https://steemit.com/hive-146118/@chriddi/7-jahre-auf-dem-steem-1-steem-fuer-uganda
THANK YOU 🤗
If you don't want to take part, just send the STEEM back to me.

I know the campaign is a bit complicated. But hey, why not? You can also simply send the 3 STEEM back to my wallet.
Thanks.

Happy marriage anniversary in arrears to the couple. Exemplary marriages is a motivation to single people due to the high rate of divorce and separation in the world today. As well as the fear of the unknown.

These couples told us how they met and what they saw that attracted them to their spouse.

I wished you shared this part with us.

Love maybe be the driving force, but it alone cannot preserve a marriage other qualities like what Mr benton3 mentioned are vital. But regardless, it's not easy so congratulations to them.
