Hi friends,
How are you, today im going to participate in the contest as a sports person I love motivation which is important to build self confidence.
What do you think causes people to lose their motivation in life?
There are many reasons for a person to lose motivation, as a sports person i can feel some risks to face by playersand in my opinion they are as follows:
- Not working hard or Not trying
- Constant failure
- Other people's view on our result
- Society's feedback
- Lack of Financial support
- Lack of familyl support
- Recomendation
- Rewards
Have you been discouraged or depressed before? How did you handle it
Yes, I started playing badminton from a young age. I have played in many tournaments many times. Although I won a few matches I couldn't win many final matches. I am depressed all the time. My friends are discouraging me. However, I am trying not to give up.
How I handled it was that every time I lost a tournament I found the reason and practiced it to win the next time. At the same time, I tried to learn what was the plus point of those who played against me.
Is self-motivation a good practice? Explain
Yes, success or failure in sports is normal. When we win, we are happy and depressed when we lose. But the high we have when we win is not there when we fail. At the same time, when we fail, if we celebrate the success of others, we automatically get excited. When we congratulate them, we feel proud. By doing so, we can encourage ourselves and learn from our failure to try to succeed next time, so that we see our failure as a lesson rather than a failure.
On Steemit what keeps you motivated
I often get excited when others read and comment on our posts in steemit, same time i got motivated when someone upvotes and give positive comments and feedbacks. Aparat from this steemit teams encourafges their users by giving ranks reputations and rewards.
