Today I am writing about an interesting and knowledgeable contest which is launched by @steem4nigeria all time my favourite topic "What is the best way to handle stress?"** So, in this post I am going to share my point of view about this topic

Explain stress in your own word

Stress is something that is commonly seen in every person. Less stress is good for us but more stress is harmful for us. Due to more stress, a person suffers both physically and mentally due to which he loses his control and falls ill. Taking more stress is also harmful for the body. Stress should be taken only as much as the cells of our body can bear. Mostly it has been seen that stress occurs in this situation when a person is unable to face any pressure or any serious problem or fails in any work, then he becomes stressed.

What is the best way to handle stress?

Listening to songs or bhajans is considered to be the best and easiest way to reduce stress. This is the best way to deal with stress. Or putting your hands or mind to some other work is the best way because due to all these things the pressure in the cells of the body decreases and it reduces the reaction of stress and the person becomes stress free.

Have you been stressed up before ? What caused it and what did you do

I too had once been under a little stress a long time ago but to reduce the stress, I started reciting the bhajans of God on the recording system of my house and kept myself busy in other household works,

kept my mind stable and started doing my other works while controlling my mind and senses and kept reciting the bhajans. This gave peace to my heart and mind and I was getting stress free. This is the easiest and simplest way to get rid of stress.

Do you think stress can solve this life challenges?

According to me, stress can never face the challenges of life, rather it will turn the challenges into a struggle. By taking too much stress, a person cannot face the challenges in life, rather his body, mind, senses etc. will leave him and he will become stressed. If a person moves towards success while facing challenges in life, then he should never take stress. Too much stress becomes fatal for a person and he becomes stressed due to being unable to face the challenges.

What advise can you give to someone that is under stress right now

My advice to the person who is under stress right now is that you should leave aside stress and confusion and take interest in other work, whether it is sports, listening to music, other household works or playing with children, and contribute to reducing stress as much as possible. Because I have heard a saying that worry is the mother of pyre.

Stress and worry are the same thing, due to which people get very confused and become stressed due to not being able to control their brain cells and are forced to face difficult challenges, so keep yourself busy in other works like listening to music, which will be very helpful in reducing stress.
