Yes, what you said is true, I myself do not understand why this could happen. Your post will be paid around 35 minutes after I vote, Is it possible that the time difference in my country affects this or is there a glitch in the system?

ah, no, I would say the first option isnt one, this never happens before and I got a lot of votes out of Asia or Latinamerica, and in more than 6 years never had that before.
So must be the latter one, a glitch or some simple error in passing through this vote.
But its definately not a common thing in Steemit, you voted a moment before and a minute later also with 40% of the votingpower and those other two got the full voting amount with 3,xx $ and me in between with the identical votingpower got 0,10 $ for a 40% vote thats for sure not normal, and it also couldn´t be that the Accountpower has fallen so drastically in this short timeframe in between form let´s say 94 to 2%) maybe we should ask the SC-guys directly or maybe I will ask Steemcihiller he´s our german witness maybe he knows an answer to that.
Otherwise I would suggest to cancel the vote and give it again with the same adjustments, that for sure would solve this issue - or maybe repeat it- and then we are sure that there´s a bug in the code and troubleshooting can begin ;)
Ooops, yes I don´t took in account that you voted that late, I guess there is since a few month some change to the late votes on a post, so that they cant manipulate the posts, so it might be better to have an eye on the payout time when voting on posts so that you may not come in that last day window which erodes the vote.
