Oh yes, it was very cold: -15° C at night. The sky was clear, but the very dry air and lack of wind meant that even these extreme sub-zero temperatures were not unpleasant. A beautiful winter - so far... ;-)
The sheep don't mind the cold at all, they have the best coats that nature can offer. The only "problem" is, as I said, a bit of boredom, because they spend most of the day grazing. The hay net really helps here - it's a welcome "toy" that they sometimes just ram into.
Ganz so kalt war es bei uns nicht. Unter -10° C haben wir noch nicht geschafft.
Finde ich auch. Bisher können wir uns überhaupt nicht beschweren. Klar ist Schnee immer sehr hinderlich, wenn man gezwungen ist, von A nach B zu kommen, aber ansonsten bin ich ziemlich zufrieden :-)
Nun sind die Bilder auch schon bald zehn Tage alt...
Seit Mittwoch taut es uns schwupps... Liegt natürlich noch, war aber zu viel und die Matsche...
Trotzdem: Fein. Und es darf gern wieder anziehen. sobald wir fertig sind... ;-)
