@patjewell I am at a loss about the rules and regulation in Steemit about incorporating quotations in my post. As a beginner, is it ok to put quotes and what are the rules must one follow? Do you have anything on that? Could you please help me?
These are the kind of questions that will be answered when you do the rest of the newcomers verification posts. They will help a lot getting you to know the ins and outs of Steemit.
As for quotes, yes you can use them. I love using them.
The only thing is that you must highlight them and reference the author.
There are two ways in which you can do it.
In ""
"The harder I practice the luckier I get" - Gary Player
or
"The harder I practice the luckier I get" - Gary Player
In a block
Okay, so I can use them if I want. I understand. Thanks again for mentoring me.
It is a big pleasure!
