STEEMIT HEALTH COMMUNITY CONTEST #11: Beautiful scenery to recharge my day

STRESS is a big word. It affects everyone. Sometimes we just don't feel it much, feel it more, but most of the time it gotta worst and knocks us down and we find ways on how to solve it.

Stressors can be anything and everything. and deal with it. Most of us are dealing with stress in different ways. Some deals with food, some with sleeping, others go for a walk and others drive to see beautiful places, and a lot more ways to do.

But for me, I do more on food craving. I always love food but when it talks about stress, I do stress eating. Not healthy in some sense for a lot of times but it satisfies and makea me feel better. I dwell more on spicy foods. In any kind. But the most affordable and convenient to make is spicy noodles. I love it! This helps me bring back my mood.

Just recently my family and I went on a road trip. At first I was hesitant to do it knowing it wouldn't be easy with a toddler but the trip went well and we had fun though bad weather stress me a lot. In every side of the road I witnessed the beauty of God's creation and how magical things every where with God's greatness. Colorful skies, pretty mountains, red rocks, snow on trees, and other pretty things that helped my stress go away.

Experiencing new things is kinda stressful too but my secret is that those new things needs appreciation too. It may be bad or good, they brings lesson to us as long as we deal our stressors kindly and much kind to ourselves. Remember, things aren't permanent and we just have to leave it all to God with constant prayers and perseverance for great things to come in our way.
