One word I can explain about smoking's is that it's just hell so guys should not smoke. Because after so many years patient come off shortness of breath, lungs problem and different disease.

Like while visiting hospital during my rotation I have seen a lot of patients of various diseases like COPD and emphysema , bronchiectasis that can lead to more severe conditions like heart attack, stroke and asthma.

The best way in my point of view is to properly educate everyone, your family and friends about smoking. Thank you for sharing your participation. Best of luck for the contest.
