"DON'T LET THE EXCITEMENT OF YOUTH CAUSE YOU TO FORGET YOUR CREATOR. HONOUR Him IN YOUR YOUTH BEFORE YOU GROW OLD AND SAY, “Life is NOT pleasant ANYMORE.”
Ecclesiastes 12:1 (NLT)

• The earliest you come to the knowledge of Christ the better.

• As a youth you need to understand that God has created you for a purpose. And until you come to the knowledge of Christ Jesus, you may not fully understand God's purpose for your life.
• You need to understand that you are not on the earth planet by accident. You are not a biological mistake. God has something in the mind before you were created. God told Jeremiah: “I KNEW YOU BEFORE I FORMED YOU IN YOUR MOTHER'S WOMB. BEFORE YOU WERE BORN I SET YOU APART AND APPOINTED YOU AS MY PROPHET TO THE NATIONS" (Jeremiah 1:5 (NLT).

• As God told Jeremiah that He knew him before he was formed in the womb, He does of you Also As that of Jeremiah. God also set you apart for a particular purpose.

• Whoever comes to the the knowledge of Christ Jesus is predestined for a purpose (Romans 8:29,30). No one comes to Christ accidentally!
• God already knew you would come to Him through Christ Jesus, Thus, He predestined you for an assignment:
  "BUT BEFORE THEY WERE BORN, BEFORE THEY HAD DONE ANYTHING GOOD OR BAD, SHE [Rebecca] RECEIVED A MESSAGE FROM GOD. (THIS MESSAGE SHOWS THAT GOD CHOOSES PEOPLE ACCORDING TO HIS OWN PURPOSES" (Romans 9:11 NLT).
• If you believed the Scripture that says, God knew you before you were formed in the womb; you would want to find out about His plans for your life.
• God has not created anyone without a purpose or plan. In all that God created, He created all, everything, including everyone, with one purpose or another.
• There is nothing that is useless or purposeless out of all God created. The grasses that are called weeds Serve purposes. Those who knew the usefulness of the grasses Use them for one thing or another.

• To discover the Purpose of God for your life, you needed to Establish a relationship with Him. If you had no relationship with God, there is no way you can know His Will or plan for your life.

• You Establish a relationship with God, when you welcome Jesus into your life:
  “LOOK! I [Jesus] STAND AT THE DOOR [of your heart] and KNOCK. IF YOU HEAR MY VOICE AND OPEN THE DOOR, I WILL COME IN, AND WE WILL SHARE A MEAL TOGETHER AS FRIENDS" (Revelation 3:20 (NLT).
• When Jesus is invited into your life, It means your allegiance is given to Him. He comes to take the lead of your life. This is also known as being born of the Spirit, or being born-again:
  5 JESUS REPLIED, “I ASSURE YOU, NO ONE CAN ENTER THE KINGDOM OF GOD WITHOUT BEING BORN OF WATER AND THE SPIRIT. 6 HUMANS CAN REPRODUCE ONLY HUMAN LIFE, BUT THE HOLY SPIRIT GIVES BIRTH TO SPIRITUAL LIFE" (John 3:3-6 NLT).
• Every Human was born in Sin: "FOR ALL HAVE SINNED AND FALL SHORT OF THE GLORY OF GOD" (Romans 3:23 NKJV). No one can save himself or herself even by their good deed: "AND ALL OUR RIGHTEOUSNESSES ARE LIKE FILTHY RAGS" (Isaiah 64:6 NKJV).
• New birth is not through the self Righteousness, or being religious, but through the acceptance of the Righteousness of Christ Jesus, which was made available to every human, by His substitutionary death and resurrection (Romans 10:9,10).
• If you are ready to take a step on it now, that is, you want to invite Jesus Christ to come into your heart. Pause now, stop the reading and pray this Prayer: JESUS I acknowledge that I am a sinner, and I believe according to the Scripture, that you died for my Sin and resurrected that I might be justified. I CONFESS and accept you as my Lord and Saviour, come into my heart and take the lead of my life; in Jesus' name I have prayed.
• If you sincerely made the decision and prayed the prayers, you are now a Believer, a new creation (2 Corinthians 5:17).
• Through the decision and the steps you have just taken in prayer, you have established a relationship with God. You are now a child of God (Romans 6:3-10).

• Now that you are saved; you would need to build your fellowship or communion with God.

• And for this to be effectively done, you would need the help or the assistance of the Holy Spirit. It is called the baptism of the Holy Spirit:
  5 FOR JOHN TRULY BAPTIZED WITH WATER, BUT YOU SHALL BE BAPTIZED WITH THE HOLY SPIRIT NOT MANY DAYS FROM NOW.” 8 BUT YOU SHALL RECEIVE POWER WHEN THE HOLY SPIRIT HAS COME UPON YOU; AND YOU SHALL BE WITNESSES TO ME IN JERUSALEM, AND IN ALL JUDEA AND SAMARIA, AND TO THE END OF THE EARTH.” (Acts 1:5,8).
• The Holy Spirit is the Promise of the Father God, the Helper, or Comforter, Whom Jesus said would be the companion of those who believe in Him (John 14:16).
• Jesus said, the Helper, the Holy Spirit, would do a number of things for those who believe:
  a. The Holy Spirit will teach the Believers all things and bring to their remembrance His Word—the Jesus' Words (John 14:26).
  b. The Holy Spirit will guide into All truth, and tell us things to come (John 16:13).
  c. And a number of other things He would do (John 16:8-11,15).
• You can ask for the baptism even now as you are reading this piece:
  "SO IF YOU SINFUL PEOPLE KNOW HOW TO GIVE GOOD GIFTS TO YOUR CHILDREN, HOW MUCH MORE WILL YOUR HEAVENLY FATHER GIVE THE HOLY SPIRIT TO THOSE WHO ASK HIM.” (Luke 11:13 NLT).

• After that, you would need to feed on the Word of God daily. You read a portion of the Bible daily. Through this you will have your mind renewed (Romans 12:2).

• When you become born-again, your spirit, the inward Man, is the one that got saved. Your mind still remains unchanged. You had the responsibility to feed on the Word of God, in order to renew, or sanctify, your mind.
• Your flesh would still want you to do some of the things, sinful things, which you used to do before you accepted Jesus as your Saviour and Lord.
• However, through the feeding on the Word of God, your mind would be renewed, your thinking pattern would change—as you regularly Read and study the Word of God.
• You would begin to see things in God's point of view: "DON'T COPY THE BEHAVIOR AND CUSTOMS OF THIS WORLD, BUT LET GOD TRANSFORM YOU INTO A NEW PERSON BY CHANGING THE WAY YOU THINK. THEN YOU WILL LEARN TO KNOW GOD'S WILL FOR YOU, WHICH IS GOOD AND PLEASING AND PERFECT" (Romans 12:2 (NLT).

• You will not fail in Jesus' name.

• Should there be any ailment in your body, I declare your healing now in Jesus' name.
• The Hold of sicknesses is completely broken and the Affliction will never rise again in Jesus' name.

STEPS TO SALVATION
• Take notice of this:
IF you are yet to take the step of salvation, that is, yet to be born-again, do it now, tomorrow might be too late (2 Corinthians 6:1,2; Hebrews 3:7,8,15).
a. Acknowledge that you are a sinner and confess your Sins (1 John 1:9); And ask Jesus Christ to come into your life (Revelation 3:20).
b. Confess that you believe in your heart that Jesus Christ is Lord, and that you confess it with your mouth, Thus, you accept Him As your Lord and Saviour (Romans 10:9,10).
c. Ask that He will write your name in the Book of Life (Philippians 4:3; Revelation 3:8).

• If you took the steps As highlighted above, It means you are saved—born-again. Join a Word based church in your area and Town or city, and be part of whatever they are doing there. Peace!
