11 WHEN THEY WERE INVADED, YOU STOOD ALOOF, REFUSING TO HELP THEM. Foreign invaders carried off their wealth and cast lots to divide up Jerusalem, BUT YOU ACTED LIKE ONE OF ISRAEL'S ENEMIES.
12 "You should not have GLOATED when they EXILED your RELATIVES to DISTANT LANDS. YOU should NOT have REJOICED when the PEOPLE OF JUDAH SUFFERED such MISFORTUNE. YOU should NOT have SPOKEN ARROGANTLY in that TERRIBLE TIME of TROUBLE.
13 YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE PLUNDERED THE LAND OF ISRAEL WHEN THEY WERE SUFFERING SUCH CALAMITY. You should not have gloated over their destruction when they were suffering such calamity. You should not have seized their wealth when they were suffering such calamity.
14 YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE STOOD AT THE CROSSROADS, KILLING THOSE WHO TRIED TO ESCAPE. You should not have captured the survivors and handed them over in their terrible time of trouble."

• God gave a message to Jonah about Nineveh, the capital of Assyria, Israel's enemy. Jonah was reluctant in going, he did not want to go, because he knew God may pardon them If they repented, but he did not want that to happen (Jonah 4:1,2).

• A Believer should not be delighted in the destruction of any soul:
  23 “DO YOU THINK THAT I [God] LIKE TO SEE WICKED PEOPLE DIE? SAYS THE SOVEREIGN LORD. OF COURSE NOT! I WANT THEM TO TURN FROM THEIR WICKED WAYS AND LIVE. 32 I DON'T WANT YOU TO DIE, SAYS THE SOVEREIGN LORD. TURN BACK AND LIVE!" (Ezekiel 18:23,32).
• Although, there are those who had made a covenant with the devil, they are loyal to him, and they are not ready to repent of their evil ways; yet it is not your duty to tell God about what to do to them. Let Him judge them as He deemed fit.

• Praying about those who posed as the enemies.

• There is no human being that has any supernatural power to afflict with sicknesses or calamities. Those who do: the witches, sorcerers, satanists, occultists, and others, who attack the Believers, are empowered by demons which are assigned to work with them from the kingdom of darkness.
• Your duty as a Believer is to deal with the demons through which the people, the devil's loyalists, are carrying out their evil deeds or Acts.
  a. You have the Authority to bind demons and cast the demons out or drive them away.
  b. You also have the Authority over the devil, to Resist him and Stop him from carrying out any of his evil act or deed.
• Deal with the demons that might be working through whoever stand as an enemy, and destroy the instrument given to such from the kingdom of darkness to work with.
• God will definitely fight for you, avenge you on those who might want to attack you as a Believer: "SINCE IT IS A RIGHTEOUS THING WITH GOD TO REPAY WITH TRIBULATION THOSE WHO TROUBLE YOU" (2 Thessalonians 1:6 NKJV)

"BUT HE WHO DOES WRONG WILL BE REPAID FOR WHAT HE HAS DONE, AND THERE IS NO PARTIALITY."

14 ALEXANDER THE COPPERSMITH DID ME [Paul] MUCH HARM, BUT THE LORD WILL JUDGE HIM FOR WHAT HE HAS DONE. 15 BE CAREFUL OF HIM, FOR HE FOUGHT AGAINST EVERYTHING WE SAID."
2 Timothy 4:14,15 (NLT)

• However, do not go about rejoicing and be over joyous about their fallings or calamities. Just be watching what God is doing, how He is fighting your battle, and let Him do it as it pleases Him.

• Note: If you through being carefree or foolishness allow them, the agents of dark kingdom, to attack you; God might not be moved on your matter, or be able to defend you.

• You have to be holy and live in absolute obedience to God's instructions.
• Do not go to places, where God has not sent you, because If you were attacked as a result of disobedience, you may have to bear the consequences. Even If God would avenge on your behalf, It would take Time, because the attack you received was caused by your disobedience and foolishness, or being carefree.
• Some Believers had died mysteriously through the attacks of demons in collaboration or agreement with the human agents of the devil because of their disobedience and carefreeness, or irresponsibility.
• If you lived a carefree life and you exposed yourself to the attacks of enemy, the devil and his agents, you would pay dearly for it.
• God, however, would deal with those who stand as the enemies of His people, but, that may take time. Thus, do not die cheaply, nor allow the enemy, the devil, to waste your life.

• Be watchful.

• Pray without cease or let up, know that you are in the battle field: " . . . FOR THE DARK PLACES OF THE EARTH ARE FULL OF THE DWELLINGS OF VIOLENCE" (Psalm 74:20 DARBY).
• If you through carelessness and thoughtlessness, or tactfulness, exposed yourself to the attacks of the devil, you might be allowed to suffer the consequences of your Ignorance and tactlessness. Thus, be watchful and prayerful.

• It is my prayer that you will not be a prey in the hand of the enemy, the devil, in Jesus' name.

• Should there be any ailment in your body, I declare that you are healed in Jesus' name.
• Whatever might be the hold of the devil on your health is broken in Jesus' name. And you will no longer be afflicted in Jesus' name.
• You are covered and preserved with the blood of Jesus Christ.

STEPS TO SALVATION
• Take notice of this:
IF you are yet to take the step of salvation, that is, yet to be born-again, do it now, tomorrow might be too late (2 Corinthians 6:1,2; Hebrews 3:7,8,15).
a. Acknowledge that you are a sinner and confess your Sins (1 John 1:9); And ask Jesus Christ to come into your life (Revelation 3:20).
b. Confess that you believe in your heart that Jesus Christ is Lord, and that you confess it with your mouth, Thus, you accept Him As your Lord and Saviour (Romans 10:9,10).
c. Ask that He will write your name in the Book of Life (Philippians 4:3; Revelation 3:8).

• If you took the steps As highlighted above, It means you are saved—born-again. Join a Word based church in your area and Town or city, and be part of whatever they are doing there. Peace!
