Comment: Living in Sin is a bondage—being in a slavery. However, Being Free from the bondage is through salvation; having faith in Jesus' substitutionary death and resurrection, and the confessing of Him as a personal Lord and Saviour. Whoever took this step is born-again, such is delivered or made free from the bondage or slavery of Sin. When Jesus told the Jews about being free, they said, they had not been enslaved to anyone before; but Jesus was talking about the slavery of Sin. Whoever has not come to the knowledge of Christ Jesus is still under the slavery of Sin and satan. Whoever believes in his or her heart and confesses with their mouth shall be saved (Romans 10:9,10). If you have not taken the step, do it now, tomorrow might be too late. Peace.
