For us, the people of Aceh, drinking coffee has become a necessity and a lifestyle. Indonesia is ranked third, after Brazil and Vietnam, as a world coffee producing country. Even in 2016, there were around 300 million kilograms of coffee produced by Indonesian farmers.

Coffee entered Indonesia since the 17th century, brought by Dutch troops, via Batavia. Since then, coffee plants have thrived in Indonesia, spreading from Sabang to Merauke. Each region has its own characteristics and coffee flavors. This is what makes Indonesian coffee superior.

Not only famous as the best coffee country, Indonesia is also the largest coffee consumer. It is proven that the growth of coffee shops in the country is increasingly rapid. Starting from roadside coffee shops, to high-class coffee shops. All of them compete to serve quality coffee. And, the atmosphere is as comfortable as possible, to satisfy the desires of coffee lovers.

For true coffee lovers, coffee is not only delicious when drunk, the process of mixing coffee also brings its own satisfaction, at least for me, a coffee lover.

"Coffee has become a necessity for me. If I haven't drunk coffee, it's not complete. But, in the past when I drank coffee, I never chose what I drank, I didn't know the difference either. But, I know this oh I used to mix coffee, some with sugar, some with milk. Only after studying about coffee, we actually choose how to choose good coffee. Then what kind of taste are we looking for."

The results of research by neurologists, at the University of America, state that the best time to drink coffee is after 9 am, and no later than 5 pm, which is when the hormone that regulates human stress levels is decreasing. A wilting body will return to being fit, with the intake of caffeine in coffee.

Drinking coffee in one day is recommended no more than 3 cups. Drinking too much coffee will have an addictive effect, and actually increase stress. One more thing, avoid drinking coffee while taking medication.

"There are medications whose absorption is disrupted by drinking coffee, and vice versa. Or medications whose effects are increased by drinking coffee. This means it will be a double dose."

If taking medication cannot be avoided, it is better to give a gap of 1 hour, up to 2 hours. Because drinking coffee has many health benefits.

That's all the information about coffee, hopefully there are benefits that can be obtained.

Greetings always compact.
