Cleaned tilapia
Shallots
Garlic
Cayenne pepper
Red tomatoes
Green tomatoes

Ginger
Turmeric
Lemongrass
Starfruit
Basil leaves
Sunti acid

HOW TO MAKE IT:
Mix tilapia with lime and salt
Then let it sit for about 5 minutes
Then puree the shallots, garlic, cayenne pepper, red chilies, ginger, turmeric, and sunti acid
Then the spices that have been pureed are put into the tilapia that has been left to sit with salt and lime juice
After that, put it in water, then bring to a boil
For added flavor, add salt, red tomatoes, green tomatoes, lemongrass, and basil leaves
All ingredients are stirred until boiling, cook until done
