Tasty softies

If you also want to make delicious softies, here is the recipe:
flour - 500 g
yogurt - 1 pc. bucket
baking soda - 1 tsp.
yeast - 7 g (1 packet)
eggs - 1 pc.
sugar - 1 tsp
salt - 1 tbsp.
fresh milk - 200 ml
water - 100 ml
oil - 40 ml

Dissolve the yeast in 200 ml of warmed fresh milk together with 1 tsp. sugar and 3 tbsp. flour. Mix well and let it double in volume for about 20 minutes.

Sift the flour together with the salt into a large bowl.

In another bowl, we pour the yogurt, having previously added the soda to it and beat it until it foams. Add the egg, water and oil. Mix until smooth.

We sift the flour and add it gradually, constantly stirring carefully with a wooden spoon, until a dough begins to form.

Sprinkle the counter with flour and pour the mixture from the bowl. Knead until a soft dough is obtained.

Grease a deep bowl and transfer the finished ball of dough into it. Let it rise for 1 hour in a warm place, covered with cling film.

Heat more oil in a deep pan.

Divide the finished dough into balls. We smear each of them with oil and pull them slightly with our hands so that they do not break.

Fry until golden. You get the fluffiest softies, just like grandma's!

Grandma's fluffy softies can be eaten with powdered sugar, jam, chocolate or cheese.
