Laitta Shutki Fish Chowder |

Step 1,
First I washed the lota shutkit thoroughly with hot water so that there is no smell inside. I have washed it well so that the dirt does not stay with it.
Step 2,
After that, I cut the jackfruit seeds and potatoes into thin slices like fries.

Then I heated oil in a frypan and added chopped onions and chopped chillies in the oil.
Step 4,
Then sprinkle a little black cumin and cumin on top of the onion.
Step 5,
Then when the onions turn brown, add garlic paste, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, chili powder and salt.
Step 6,
Then grind the spices well for a while.
Step 7,
This time, the jackfruit seeds and potatoes that I had cut and washed should be poured and mixed well.
Step 8,
When the beechies are mixed well, now I will pour the dry ones that I had washed. Then gently stir.
Step 9,
After straining the curries well for a while, I will pour some small amount of water.
Step 10,
After pouring the water, when the curry boils, add some green chillies.
Step 11,
When the curry broth becomes dry and ready, sprinkle some chopped coriander leaves for flavor. Those who like this coriander leaves can give it and those who don't like it can not give it is optional.

Then stir the curry lightly. And add some fried cumin powder on top.
Step 13,
Finally my Laitta Fish Shutki Chachadi is ready. I will serve it in a bowl.
