Assalamu Alaikum all my dear friends how are you all? Hope everyone is doing well. Alhamdulillah I am well blessed by your prayers. Today I appeared again with my recipe post in ukraine on steem community te culinary contest. I present before you today with mustard hilsa recipe. There may or may not be a person who does not like hilsa, but if it is mustard hilsa, then it is a more interesting dish. Today I will present this delicious food in front of you. So let's talk friends, I will share with you how I made this recipe. Today I made this hilsa with a slightly different process.

All the ingredients I used to make this recipe,

First I blitzed some mustard and onion in a blender.

This time, in a small bowl, I mixed these spices together: onion paste, chili powder, coriander powder, salt, cumin powder, turmeric powder, mustard paste, and mustard oil.

Step 4,

After mixing the spices in this way, I rubbed the hilsa fish well with the spices. In this way, after keeping the fish for a while, a different flavor is created from the fish.

Step 5,

Then on a fry pan, chopped onions and chillies are spread well with mustard oil.

After frying the onions, the frying pan is placed in the oven. Wait for the oil to heat up.

When the oil boils, add a small amount of turmeric powder. Then I will move for a while.

This time, I will pour the fishes that I kept separately on the oil.

After a while, I will take the fish well.

After grinding, I will add enough water. And boil the fish curry for a while.
