The topic of the competition is very interesting and I like this competition. I would like to thank @mariam.dariam for organizing this competition.

Everyone likes delicious home-cooked food. Everyone wants to enjoy delicious food. Many people enjoy eating delicious outside food, while many people enjoy delicious homemade food. Today I am sharing a wonderful recipe with you. It is a bit difficult to make but it tastes very tasty. Today I am telling you how to prepare mutton pockets. I hope you will like my mutton pocket recipe and you will also like to make it at home once.

TASTY MUTTON KHEEMA POCKET RECIPE

First of all, to prepare Mutton Kheema Pockets, we have to take Mutton Kheema. Which we have to wash thoroughly with water. We have to take the kheema in such a vessel that all the water can drain out from the mutton. After that, we have to put mutton kheema in a pan, add turmeric, salt, and a little ginger-garlic, and let it cook. We have to cook the mutton kheema until the rawness goes away from the mutton and the mutton gets cooked properly.

To prepare Mutton Kheema, after cooking the mutton, we have to finely chop the onion, green chili, and capsicum. First of all, we have to add green chilies. After that we have to add capsicum. Then we have to add finely chopped onion.

Mix all the vegetable ingredients well. After that we have to add red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, black pepper powder and salt.

We have to add spices and mix them. After that, we have to add chopped coriander, mix it, and leave it on low flame on the gas for some time.

After that, we have to put flour in a bowl. In which we have to create rhythm by adding water. We will use this pattern to make mutton pockets. Pockets are formed well with the consistency of this flour.

We also have to add cheese and mayonnaise to the mutton, which will make the mutton pockets more tasty. I also got cheese and mayonnaise here. We have to prepare the pocket from the strip. We have to add cheese, and after that, we have to add the ingredients we have prepared. After that we have to add mayonnaise. Then we have to use flour to prepare the pocket and stick it to the pocket. In this way, we have to prepare Mutton Kheema Pockets.
