The topic of this competition is very interesting. Today once again I am very happy to share my recipe with you. I would like to thank @mariam.dariam for organizing this competition.

Everyone cooks food at home and enjoys delicious food every day. I also like to cook and feed delicious food prepared by my hands to all the people in my house. Today I will show you how to make Paneer Chili. I am sharing this Paneer Chili recipe with you. We often eat many things made from paneer in restaurants and it also tastes delicious. But today I am telling you how to prepare Paneer Chili at home, which will taste exactly like the restaurant.

Paneer Chili Masala Recipe

First of all, to prepare the Paneer recipe, we have to chop onion and tomato and grind them in the mixer. We have to make onion and tomato paste.

Now we have to take oil in a pan. After the oil gets a little hot, we have to add onion and tomato paste. We have to add ginger-garlic paste to it, mix it well, and leave it on low flame.

After that we have to take all the ingredients like red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt, and spices and mix them well.

Now we have to prepare the cheese and capsicum by cutting them. We have to pour some oil in a pan. Then we have to add cheese and capsicum and add all the spices to it, mix well, and let it fry for some time. By doing this, the cheese and capsicum get fried properly. So that then we do not have to cook much cheese.

In the pan in which we have put the spices, we have to add some water so that the spices cook properly. After that, we have to fry cheese and capsicum well add it, and keep it for some time.
