RE: Подарунок до Дня матері
I think Russian authorities (presidents and ministers) have been creating enemies artificially and on purpose. How else would they justify their dictatorship if people are not forced to stay behind the borders, unite and fight against the common "enemy". War is also a convenient tool to silence the competition by mobilizing them and sending them at the hottest spots... Nothing new under the sun...
Thank you! :)
Reading your comments, I immediately understand that Russian propaganda has not defeated you. A very sober assessment of the situation. It's nice to know that there are people who know how to gather information from various sources and analyze it🙂.
Thank you :)
I like to consider myself unbiased :) To some extent, at least...
The half of my life under communism, the other half under capitalism but you know, in Bulgaria, it wasn't a real communism and now it is not a real capitalism as all the current political parties are ruled either by the descendants of the same "communists" who after 1989 stole almost all the money of the regular people (the pension funds included) or by puppets they put just so it looks we have any choice when going to an election :) Ah, also, to mimic democracy and be able to utilize the EU funds to steal more.
Five elections for governments in the last two years and another one is coming on 9th of June, again :D
When I was in school, we were obligated to learn Russian and I don't complain, Russian culture is rich and interesting, literature, music, cinema. As a child, I learned it quickly because I love sci-fi and while there was like one new sci-fi book in Bulgarian per month, there were 2-3 in Russian per week.
I recall a travel in Montenegro, about ten years ago, where our guide spoke only Russian and at the end of the tour she gathered us all and told us that "You have to love Russia and not give ear to the bad stuff you hear". I responded that I like the language, the arts, the culture and history, but I don't like the direction of the Russian politics. Too bad I was right back then, I knew something bad will happen, but not to that magnitude. I really hope Russian people wake up sooner. I am afraid it is too late for them for an evolution, it must be a revolution, somehow ;)
Have a great weekend!
