COVID Madness, Hard LockDown in Germany, everything looks normal in Serbia, Croatia is also heading towards normal

For no particular reason, Germany went to New, Strict Lockdown.

Meanwhile in the Balkans:

  • Croatia, gyms will be reopened soon
  • Serbia, kids will go back to school, bus lines are regular again, people don't really care about the measures

For non-Slavic people: Slavs are not capable of following the rules for too long. They just can't do that. Slavs like to improvise. Slavs = Jazz, there is some melody and a lot of improvisation
