Hi, @hanhtran83,
This is probably an issue from your end. Try to do Alt+F5 then try again. You can also try to use another browser and let us know if the behavior stills persist. You can also try o create a post in a community then try to switch from here http://prntscr.com/vb6t0w.
I will quote a discussion that I had with another Steem user:
The second thing is your total_vests, basically, it is like how action do you own in a specific company, in this case, the company is the Steem blockchain. But the vest here playa the role of a regulator, meaning if no one if fighting over the reward pool things are alright, but if 3000 users are leveraging the reward pool, then the rewards will be calculated according to how mush vesting you own. Theoretically speaking, even if you have 1 million SP, you vote could only worth 1 USD if there are a lot of other whales fighting to get a piece of the cake. This leads us to the conclusion that participation plays a role here and the value of your SP (what you can distribute) is dynamic. People do not notice it a lot because there are a lot of people posting on Steem but you can mostly see it after each HF, the value of your vote will be high but as soon as other people start voting you share from the company (reward pool) start to decline until it reaches an equilibrium state defined by how the vests owned by everyone. If 99% of Steem users stop voting then you will see the value of your vote rising because no one is leveraging the pool.
To make it short, there are several things that can affect the final value of a post. Price, down-voting, reward pool allocation .... it is something normal,, and there is is nothing to worry about.
- Steemit gave you (delegated) around 15 Steem power when you registered so you can use your account more comfortably (posting, commenting, ...). Now each time you earn more power, Steemit will subtract it from the delegation that they sent you until they recover their 15 Steem power. Because at that time, you will have your own power and will no longer need their delegation.

If you have a bad connection, try to crop the image or resize it then upload it again. After doing it, do Alt+F5 to quickly check the result.
@dr-frankenstein: Thank you for your explanation. At the moment, I have understood and solved all of my problems. Have good health and enjoy steemit.
