Travel photography while visit to Sikkim, India
Hello friends, this is my first post here in this community. I welcome you all on my post and i expect forgiveness for making any kind mistakes while making this post. This post is all about my recent visit to Sikkim, a small but very beautiful state of India.
I started my trip on 15th of April, i took my train and started my journey. I was traveling for the first time after the pandemic period. It was very exciting event for me to travel to Sikkim after so long time. Here in my hometown it's so hot but i already knew once i reach there (Sikkim) it will be so cold and pleasant. It was around 5 pm when my train stopped somewhere near Muzzafarpur so i just came outside from the train to see the view of outside.
After a small stoppage, our journey started again. From my hometown it takes almost 12 hours to reach New Jalpaiguri, Siliguri. Siliguri is the gateway of northeast India. Our train was running little late so we were expecting to reach there by next day 5am. We were feeling hungry so when our train stopped at Barauni junction, we came outside to buy some chips and coke. Just after 30 minutes our train stopped at a small station. Literally nobody was there and it was looking so scary, we clicked some photo there and started our journey again.
After having some snacks n coke, i started feeling sleepy so I told my friend that I'm going to sleep and went on the upper seat. I don't know how but I woke around 4 am very sharp in the morning, may be because of excitement of the trip. We were about to reach New Jalpaiguri. Outside view from the window was so beautiful so i captured some photos immediately.
I was feeling so excited now, just to visit my favourite place. After 30 minutes we reached New Jalpaiguri junction weather was cloudy cold and beautiful. Just when we came outside the railway station it started drizzling so we stayed there for a while when the rain stopped we started to looking for taxi.
