I will give some information about box nuts:
Today I will introduce you to box nuts.These nuts are rarely seen.So I shared the pictures of this box of nuts among you.This box is the scientific name of the nut Starkalia fetida.The list of these nuts is quite long in terms of nutrition.This nut is called box nut because it is in the shell.This tree is a soft woody tree which can grow from 110 to 115 feet.The fruit of this tree is called box nuts or peanuts.Flowers arrive on this palm-shaped compound spring.Males and females are close to each other.The color of the flowers is red, yellow, purple.The fruits ripen in February next year. A binding can have 15 to 20 fruits. The fruits are green when raw and colored when ripe.These nuts can be dried, fried or eaten raw in the sun. Each box contains 10 to 20 seeds of almonds. Its yield is in India-Bangladesh, Philippines, Taiwan, Indonesia and some parts of USA.Nutrition Box Almonds are a nutritious fruit that contains potassium, iron, vitamins A, B and C as well as calcium, fatty acids, sodium, omega-3, etc.Benefits There are benefits to all types of nuts. Box nuts are no exception. Box nuts help reduce stress, relieve fatigue, prevent cancer and develop the brain. It boosts immunity and provides a lot of energy. Also a kind of oil is made from these nuts.These nuts can be eaten raw by peeling them, dried in the sun and eaten in different ways.When the fruit is fully ripe, this tree has no leaves, only fruit.The quality of this fruit is immense.And if you have eaten this nuts, let me know in the comments.😀
