A Not so Bad Day
I just ignored her and went in to the store and started looking for the soap, I finally saw the soap but it wasn't the fragrance I normally use and plus it was the big size I needed but I saw just the small size so I went back to her and asked if they had the fragrance I need and the big size.
The lady just looked at me,sighed and told me if you want to buy the soap buy it or better still go buy it some where else,as you can see some of us have other things to attend to.
At this point I couldn't condole it again then I responded by saying: young lady did I offend you or something, why in god's name will you be talking to a customer in this manner. While I was still talking, a tall and dark skinned man walked in and as soon as she saw him she started apologising to me, I quickly thought to myself "this must be her manager".
My thoughts was confirmed when the handsome gentleman politely apologised to me even before asking me what happened, at this point I was swept off my feet already by the calmness and I just said it is fine she has apologised already.
So he asked her to see him in his office while she was walking towards the office he turned and said I can have the soap for free and that if I don't mind he would love to have my contact so he could apologies properly.
I smiled and said that's okay as I punched my phone number on his phone. I quickly asked him to forgive her that she might just be having a bad day and he promised that she is forgiven already because of me, you can save the number as Joice I said.
Then we said good bye smiling sheeply at each other as I walk away, just thought to share my morning experience with you today. Have a wonderful day.
