One of the most remarkable herbs is Tulsi. Tulsi means incomparable. It means incomparable.Scientific name is Ocimum tenuiflorum. Tulsi is only a medicinal plant. Rather, it is rich in antibodies and contains high amounts of vitamin A, C, zinc and iron. This plant is usually very easily available. This tree can be seen in the courtyard of the house. Wherever this tree grows.

The role of Tulsi in reducing cold and cough

Everyone knows that Tulsi is used for colds and coughs. Tulsi is full of antiviral, antifungal, anti-bacterial properties. It removes cold and flu. Tulsi leaves can be eaten if diabetes occurs in the body. Research shows that Tulsi is helpful and effective in reducing blood sugar.
Tulsi is important in relieving indigestion and boosting immunity.
Tulsi plant is readily available and is considered sacred in Hinduism. Tulsi plant has the highest place in Ayurvedic medicine.
But Tulsi has benefits as well as disadvantages.
Too much of nothing is good. Consuming excess tulsi can be harmful to health. Diabetics who take medicines regularly can experience low blood sugar and blood thinning by consuming excess tulsi leaves. Pregnant women should not consume this leaf.
