Wedding preparations are in full swing, and today my mother and I took on the task of cleaning the roof. With the recent construction, a lot of effort was needed to get it back to a clean, organized state. We spent the entire day scrubbing and clearing up the mess, making sure everything was spotless.

For lunch, my mother, ever so thoughtful, handed me a glass of milk to refresh me before she started cooking. She prepared a pot of delicious peas pulao, cooking it to perfection. After finishing the cleanup, I took a much-needed bath and then headed to the shop to buy a kilogram of yogurt to complete the meal.
