I don't want to sound pushy but I think you haven't gone through the message I dropped under your achievement 1 post.
You write well but that's not enough to grow on Steem. You need to interact with other people too and that's more important than your personal blogs.
I also noticed that you are not using your voting power at all. It doesn't matter if it doesn't hold any tangible value but there's more to a vote than $$.
Vote and comment on what you like. 10 votes a day. Not more than that.
Your content is going to waste without any readership. So, you should be focusing on building an audience first.

I totally understand. Steem can be quite overwhelming in the beginning. Go with your own pace.
What rules? You should write in World of Xpilar as already suggested by inspiracion. It's a more flexible community.
And forget everything, just try to interact a bit with others' content. Then slowly move on to other things.
