Life's journey is sometimes easy, sometimes difficult, but every new day comes with a new opportunity. Today I would like to share with you an experience which was very interesting for me. Because I feel like doing something new.

In life we often throw away our old things as useless to society, but if a little thought, hard work and creativity is used, then that thing can come back in a new style. My mother's old shoe, which she wore daily at home during the winter, broke its steel showpiece. When I saw it my thought was – why not change it again to a new design? And then a new journey began from here!Although the shoe was not much broken but its condition looked bad. So just fixed it a little bit.

In this post I will tell you how I redesigned a rough shoe, what materials I used, what challenges I faced, and what was the end result. If you also have any old things that you are thinking of throwing away, then this post can give you new ideas!

Although there was no difficulty in walking, it was bad to see.And both the shoes were broken like this. This broken one my mom tried to attach to Elfie once before but it was some iron or steel type thing that didn't connect properly to Elfie.This shoe was very comfortable to walk in so my mom wanted it repaired.
At first, I thought I would remove these strips and do some art in the middle, but my mother did not allow it and said that you might make her condition worse than before. She was also right because if it was removed from the side, the work would have deteriorated even though there would have been some beauty in the middle.

I had a red ribbon. I thought to make a flower on it. Although this color was different from the color of the shoes, but there are many shoes that have another color worked on them, so I passed the ribbon through the holes of the broken piece.

Then tie the ribbon together twice.

I wanted to make a ribbon flower on it but my mom forbade it, she wanted a decent look.
Then i cut the ribbon from one side.

Fold the ribbon from the other side and tie the ribbon together with Elfie's help. The elfie was well applied to the fabric and the ribbon was firmly attached.

There were some threads coming out of the ribbon. Finished them with fire so that no more would come out.One shoe was burnt a little but it was not noticeable.The final look was here.
