Yellow Dragonfly on Twig
It's actually an unexpected moment finding this dragonfly swinging around my backyard. After having lunch, I used to spend a little time in the backyard and when I saw this dragonfly was standing firmly on the rope, I grabbed my camera and began to shoot this lovely winged insect. At noon, it was seen a bit calm, did not make a lot of moves which allowed me to freely take a couple of shots from various angles. But not after that, perhaps it noticed me coming, it flew to another spot, and I managed to follow its way to take some more pictures. It's a yellow dragonfly that is seen in the bush or in the grassland. I guess I was lucky on that day because I did not have to stumble into the grassland, searching for them. Eventually, I needed to spend some time fighting the mosquitos while my camera kept on clicking even I was irritated with mosquitos buzzing in my ear and biting my skin but I did what I did as I determined to get a few pictures of this yellow dragonfly before the dark came over.
