Little White Crab Spider (Thomisidae)

in Beauty of Creativity3 days ago

Spiders in this family are called "crab spiders" due to their resemblance to crabs, the way such spiders hold their two front pairs of legs, and their ability to scuttle sideways or backwards.. A little white crab spider on wild plant. Yep! It is another strange spider that similar to crab spider (Family Thomisidae), a species of spider that is usually found perching on the leaves in the bush and forest. I thought it was a kind of leafhopper or something similar to the beetle species but when I got close enough, I realized that was one of the unique species of spider that I've ever found. It resided in the shady spot and was active when noticing the strangers. It moved here and there seeking a safe spot. This typical spider is found throughout Asian tropical rain forests, in foliage in wooded environments. Seeing that, I managed to get a few pictures soon I noticed it was calm. It's great to see its appearance from the closest range, even I was not able to see their eyes as they were covered in its shell.
