Better life with steemit||Dairy game|| ||Hangout with friends|| || 8 june 2021 ||

Hi everyone ,hope you all are fine and enjoying the race of life .Hoping you find strength with each new day.

Life is like a race and there is the survival of the fittest.
If we keep pace with the fast world we are somehow manage to live otherwise its only a Sun which has to be set. Don't be afraid of life tests they will keep on changing.

Yesterday ,i got up early in the morning ,done my causal works , breakfast and then moved towards my friend's hostel , we decided to solve the paper combined.

Our paper started at 1:30and ended at 3:30. We gave the paper and after giving the paper we were all hungry. We thought we would go out and eat something. We went to a restaurant where we ordered fried rice and all the friends ate that fried rice together and after eating we went back to our hostel.

When we got back to the hotel, all our friends started talking to each other and a lot of time passed.
I didn't know the time while we were talking, it was going to be evening, the weather was cold, the heat was over.
And then all the friends decided to go to the swimming pool.
Swimming is a great workout because you need to move your whole body against the resistance of the water.

All our friends changed their clothes and left. We reached the swimming pool in about 30 minutes. There was already a lot of rush. We submitted our entry fee and went for swimming .The water was cold we all enjoyed it.

There are many benefits to swimming .
It keeps your heart rate up but takes some of the impact stress off your body. It builds endurance, muscle strength and cardiovascular fitness.
It helps maintain a healthy weight, healthy heart and lungs.
It tones muscles and builds strength.
The whole day passed well. Life is like a cycle which keeps on moving ,we don't know what will happen next.
Always be positive , sincere and spread smiles because it costs nothing but pays a lot.
