Better life with Steem | The Diary Game | Appointment at the Dentist | 07.06.2021

Namaste Steemians,

I'm Nirmalya, from India. Hope you all are doing well in this pandemic.

Today I woke up at 8:00 AM. Started the morning with some Tea and some puffed rice as we Bengalis locally call it Muri. Made the Tea with some ginger for the zingy taste. Ginger works like charm. It has many health benefits too. After that did some Yoga and freehand exercises.

Made some pasta and two hard-boiled egg for my breakfast. Generally, I eat one egg but as we have a Dental appointment later that day and it may take time so I had to do a heavy breakfast. So I ate one whole egg and one egg white.

The Dental appointment was scheduled for 11 AM. I accompanied my sister. We showed up at the Dentists place at 11:05 AM. Little late as we forget to take the last prescription and we had to return back home😁.

The doctor was a little bit late too. He came 5 minutes after we arrive.

The doctor started the procedure right away.

He first applied the doctor some anesthesia to the affected area and started to drill some parts of the tooth.

While the Doctor operating on my sister I was surfing steemit. Nowadays the Steemit has replaced my other social media activities. I am hooked on this community.

After 30 minutes the procedure is done and the doctor released my sister. He gave us the next appoinment on 14th June 2021 for the Ceramic Crown measurement.
