No entiendo amigo esta regla? y no la entiendo porque he revisado la comunidad y siguen usuarios con la etiqueta alumni publicando el diario en la comunidad y de paso son curados.
Por ejemplo mire la fotografia que hay 4 usuarios con la etiqueta alumni que publicaron el diario en la comunidad, entonces no entiendo? podria por favor explicarme?

The rules are: if any user has the title of Alumni, we hope that they have already found a community of interest to you and are only commenting on the post of newcomers (Newborn-Toddler) in this community either to support or guide them.
❗If they have a tag of Alumni:
🆗 you may post your entry post into the contest organize by Steemit Nursery
🆗 you may post any helpful content for Newcomers.
🚫 you should NOT post your other general content here❌ except for users with a "fish" emoji title
If any user is now following the rule, we will want them by commenting in their post. At a time, we will mute their pos from this community if they do not follow the rules. Yes, there might be some cases who get a vote, but that could be once in scenarios. They will also warn and if they do not follow the rules, their post will get mute. and I hope you got the point.
