𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐈 𝐃𝐈𝐒𝐂𝐎𝐕𝐄𝐑𝐄𝐃 𝐀𝐓 𝐀 𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐔𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐒𝐈𝐓𝐄 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝙃𝙤𝙬 𝙞𝙩 𝘼𝙥𝙥𝙡𝙞𝙚𝙨 𝙩𝙤 𝙮𝙤𝙪.

I have passed through many construction sites and even worked on some building sites without cognizance of what I discovered today... It was a mind shifter for me and sharing it should inspire same in you, I hope.

As I passed by a new construction site in my school today, I managed to take a cursory glance at the place. Further glances at the site, caused a number of thoughts to run through my mind. I wondered at the vastness of the site and imagined the kind of structure that they're trying to raise to there. I equally wondered at what actual building the place was meant for and in the midst of these thoughts something occured to me that I have neglected over the years: 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐝 𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬. This was more of a revelation than regular sightseeing. Upon this insight, I took a retrospect of other building sites I have worked in and seen. They all had this one thing in common: 𝐂𝐋𝐄𝐀𝐑 𝐁𝐎𝐔𝐍𝐃𝐀𝐑𝐈𝐄𝐒!

Another thing which seemed trivial which equally was illumined on my mind were the building equipment placed at strategic portions of the cordoned site.
All these had a purpose and let's see 𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐢𝐭 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮.

🛑 𝐃𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞? 🛑
The purpose of the boundary on the site was clearly to restrict movement in and out of the site (that happened to be a regular footpath of students). Another reason was to ward off unnecessary visitors. Other reason I could infer from it was, the boundary clearly indicated ownership, hence no infiltrator can easily penetrate.

𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐆𝐨𝐝'𝐬 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩! 𝐀 𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐲 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐞𝐩𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐇𝐢𝐬 𝐆𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐛𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝐭𝐨𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬 𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐬, 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐦𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐛𝐞 𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐲 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐝 𝐨𝐮𝐭.

The reason many persons especially young minds are living with reckless abandon is because they don't have marks of ownership, separation or identification. There are no boundaries around their lives, thus anything can go. Even the mark God placed on them, they have successfully broken the hedge... 𝐈𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐝𝐨𝐧'𝐭 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬, 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐛𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐬. 𝐔𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐚𝐬 𝐰𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐚𝐬 𝐚𝐧 𝐞𝐞𝐥. 𝐀 𝐥𝐨𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐮𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐞𝐱𝐢𝐬𝐭 𝐢𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞, 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤!

tangible work to occur on any site, it must be declared '𝐎𝐔𝐓 𝐎𝐅 𝐁𝐎𝐔𝐍𝐃𝐒; 𝐖𝐎𝐑𝐊 𝐈𝐍 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐆𝐄𝐒𝐒'⚠️

The second thing that came to my mind were the equipment on the site. There were different equipment on that site but as far as the work is concerned, they're there to achieve a singular purpose: To raise a structure after the owner's heart. Can the ground refuse any work from these equipment? Your guess is as good as mine.

‼️𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐩 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐆𝐨𝐝'𝐬 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐄𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭‼️

After marking out, work must commence! Just like the building site, several equipment must be brought into your life to build you up. Trials of life, challenges, hardships, disappointments, rejections, delays, heartbreaks, tests etc are some of the tools God uses to build us. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐠𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐝𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐛𝐞 𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐝. 𝐍𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬, 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝐦𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝐠𝐫𝐮𝐞𝐥𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐭𝐨𝐨𝐥𝐬. Only when gold is passed through fire, does it qualify to be called gold. Therefore, stop whimling and resisting God's work of perfection... Rather endure so that you can endure(last for a long time)!

🔖 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐝𝐨𝐧'𝐭 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰...

Jesus responded to a bewildered Peter when he was washing their legs in the Bible "𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐈 𝐝𝐨, 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐝𝐨 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐛𝐮𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐚𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬"(John 13:6-7). Analogously, only the architect/structural engineer knows the end-result. Onlookers and passers-by may only speculate,just like I wondered.
