I am here and we will disscuss about how we can stay healthy.So let's start
Health is wealth.
A good health is the blessing of God.
It is our duty to keep our stay healthy. If health is good then we will live our life in a good way. In this day and age it is very important to keep good health because people do not know that good health. What method should we use to keep it. So today I will tell you something about a good health. After what activities we can adopt, our health can be good.
We can keep our health good by following these activities.
1).Eating food
In order to maintain good health, I must maintain my diet. If our diet is good, our health will also be very good. Therefore, we should use most vegetables and fruits in our diet. Fruits and vegetables in abundance. Carbohydrates, proteins and lipids are found in large numbers, which meet every energy of our health. And I should use very little hot spices and fast food. Most of our young people today like fast food. They should avoid such food.
2).Sleeping
Sleep is also very important for good health. Most people do not take special care of their sleep. Some people sleep less because of their work and some people due to work. We get about 8 to 9 hours of sleep a day. Your health will be very good.
3).Exercise
Exercise is very important for our health. This strengthens our muscles and bones. By exercising we avoid obesity. There are many other benefits of exercise. Exercise keeps a person active and smart and also protects against many diseases and heart disease. It also protects against diseases and heart attacks. And in human life, the process of breathing also becomes much easier.
4) .Avoid to drink drugs and alcohol
This point is very important for health because many people use drugs and alcohol with passion. We should get rid of this passion forever. Rather, it is not a hobby, it is a method of deteriorating health. The use of drugs and alcohol destroys human life and leads to many diseases. Alcohol completely destroys our body organs. It makes people sick and can't maintain good health.
Finally, I would like to say that those who want to maintain good health should apply what I have said to themselves. You will be able to live your health in a good way. If you have good health at home, then your life is also good.
