I hope it all comes down to the appearance of a new user who will be an AI and who will communicate with other users.
I don't think Justin is putting out an announcement like this for the hint of a more modern version of @cleverbot.
Maybe he wants to use the network as computing power, but at most the witnesses will benefit. The normal user will only notice that the platform is getting slower. :D
