The process of making this rice takes four to six days. Everyday a certain amount of rice is put aside with water in a clay pot. After doing this for about four or five days the rice is cooked. The speciality of this rice is, there is a mild sour flavour and smell in it. The rice is eaten with different spicy mashed vegetables and fried Hilsha fish. We love to eat this and so my mamma makes this often.

ভাত রাখা হয় না তো। চালটা রাখা হয়। পরে সেই চাল দিয়ে ভাত রান্না করা হয়। পচা টাইপ একটা স্মেল আসে যদিও।
আমি ফাস্টে ভাবসি ভাত।তাই ভাবলাম এলকোহল হয়ে যায়।এই ভাত খাইলে সবাই মাতলামি করবে।🤣

Not six hours. Four to six day. Rice is kept aside in a clay pot which is full of water. After four days we cook the rice.
