... the afternoon. One of the things we did was walking through the beautiful "Englischer Garten" which is a big park, to be precise ( physicists tend to be...) : 3,75 square kilometers in size. To give you a little perspective on that one: A typical soccer field ⚽ is around 100 metres x 60 metres in size. Therefore you could fit around 2350 soccer fields in this park. Not to shabby right? Although the weather was not perfect 🌦️ I quite enjoyed the walk. You see a lot of interesting things in the park. For example the "Chinesischer Turm" , translated: Chinese Tower. It is located in the middle of a nice "Biergarten" (a beer garden seems to be the correct translation). Another quite interesting sight is the monopteros. Monopteros is in general the name for a rotunda (better google that) with pillars (better google that too). I asked a nice woman to take this picture of me. I think she did a great job 😋👏Whenever you come to Munich you should definitely visit the "Englischer Garten" 😊👍
