We just have corrupt govt. We know it's like that world wide but The Nigerian police take supper advantage because of Nigerians into cyber crime. They rub it on anybody they see with laptop,iphone or looking well dressed. They assume that anyone who shows a sign of wealth is into cyber crime. They just go about picking people in the bus, taxi or street way without arrest warrant. They force you to write criminal statement in the station, they take funds from the armless citizens to feed themselves, buy fuel in their cars and of course the police station. If you carry long hair, then you are assumed to be a criminal. They go kidnapping citizen and ask for Ransom. Many have been missing, they also swap people with criminals in jail (all for money).. If they see any crypto wallet on your phone, then you should get ready to pay a huge Ransom. Don't even think of going to court because that could take years of defense.
