Human equality plays an important role in making it prominent.

Now it is up to us to bring the elite to our level or go to their level.

The Tata chief was holding a routine meeting with Tata Steel staff when a worker questioned the quality of the toilets. He complained that the standard of cleanliness and maintenance of toilets reserved for workers is very poor and on the other hand, the standard of executive toilets at Tata Steel is quite good.

The chief, hearing the complaint, asked his concerned executive how long it would take to improve the quality of the workers' toilets.
The Executive Officer, gave some thought and asked for a minimum time of one month for fixing the workers' toilets.

The chief shook his head in the negative and said:

"One month is too much. This work must be completed in one day. A mason should be sent to my office as soon as the meeting is dismissed."

And the next day, everyone was surprised.

"Executive Toilets" board was placed on the signboard outside the workers toilets while the "Executive Toilets" board was replaced with "Workers Toilets".

The chief had also issued an assurance note that after every fortnight the boards would be changed among themselves.
So that workers and executive officers can experience different standards fortnightly.

After 15 days, it was not time to change the signboard.

In just the next three days, the quality of both types of toilets became equal.
And everyone from the bottom to the top, as one, became passionately engaged in the development of their company.

We have to deal with elite mafia in the same way.
Secretary of Education and Minister of Education should use toilets of schools for fifteen days and students and teachers should use toilets of Secretary and Minister of Education for fifteen days.
It is not even about toilets, other benefits should also be distributed for fifteen days.
Judges travel for 15 days on motorbikes and rickshaws and people get 15 days of free rides in high luxury cars of judges, then you believe that the system of the state will be fixed within a month.
